Refund
Once the custom-made dress is picked up and out of our workspace, we are no longer responsible for the care of your dress, and we do not provide a full or partial refund after the dress is picked up and out of our workspace.
All dresses on sale are final. No refund will be issued for the dress.
Once the dress is delivered to the address you provided for delivery or picked up from the shipping company, we are no longer responsible for the care of your dress, and we do not provide a refund, either full or partial, after the dress is picked up or delivered.
​When the dress isn't completed within the scheduled timeframe, you can request a full refund without picking up the dress or allow us to reschedule your new pick-up date. We do not provide partial refunds before or after the dress is picked up.

Missing/Lost or Stolen Goods
If the item sent was either lost or stolen, unfortunately, we are not liable for the cost of lost or stolen items once the item has been tracked and delivered. Please get in touch with your local post office to track the missing items.
Consultation
Consultation fees are only refunded when the staff doesn't attend the meeting. Consultation fees count towards your dress payment. This means the consultation fee will be deducted from your total dress payment.
No Refund of consultation fee when service is not used.
SHIPPING & PROCESSING
FREE SHIPPING! on all Domestic orders (U.S.) of over $50. All dresses (excluding international orders) are shipped with priority mail, which takes 2-5 business days to deliver after it ships.

Custom Items
Custom items are processed within 3 weeks after payment is made. This may be longer for some designs. At your consultation, the processing time of your dress will be discussed with you at the virtual or physical meeting, which will take effect after 50% payment is made. Rush custom dresses of less than 3 weeks attract an extra fee of 20% of the product price, which will be included and must be paid with the first invoice sent to you. Final payment is due at pick up or when a picture of your dress is sent to you before the dress ships out.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (CUSTOM CHARGES)
International Shipping cost is calculated at checkout and varies depending on your delivery location.
All shipments crossing international borders are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country’s government. GCUT Fashion has no control over these charges as they vary between countries. They are your responsibility.
Shipping fees do not cover duties and taxes. Shipping fees are paid to the shipping company, and duties and taxes are paid to your government.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. GCUT Fashion does not provide return shipping labels.
MEDIA INVOLVEMENT
As a user of our services, your picture and videos in our work or in and during our services and reviews may be uploaded across our social media platforms and website for Commercial use.
